Hi,

i have just subscribed to this mailing list. I am Pinar from Turkey (actually at the moment studying my MBA in Japan).

I am writing a paper on datamining, and my special interest is integration of datamining and relationship management tools. Within a case study i plan to evaluate the use of datamining for determination of high lifetimevalue customers. And I`m most interested in a case of an online company. (their use of datamining to undersatnd highest liffetime value customers on the internet)

if you know of any sourse where i can find case studies about this subject would you please let me know?
