Dear all,

In response to the question about churning, I would like to draw your
attention
to our white paper on churning at:

We analysed a set of publically available telco data using ACPro, a
clustering package
being developed at Ultimode Systems. The solution we found using was
more interpretable than 
other data mining methods such as neural networks while still allowing
predictions about
churn rate to be made.

We have also submitted this work to KDD 98. A preprint of this paper
