DM: Logical vs Physical

Question for everyone out there, in your experience, how often does 
you
logical model differ from the physical model?  Just interested in
getting a pulse on how often the physical modeller changes the logical
model.  I have largely seen them as identical, that may be that i am 
not
strictly logically modelling, but i am curious.
