DM: Molecular Data Mining

I am working in the generation and addaptation of the data mining 
rules,
as knowledge discovery from databases, to the molecular biology public
databases, as for examples the growing human genome project data 
bases.
Some one has experience on this ? Know special docemnets about it ?
