Social Network Analysis, also referred to as Link Analysis, is 
central to 
the approach used by Kautz, Selman, and Shah in their article "The 
Hidden 
Web".  It is also the focus of a symposium I am cochairing this Fall. 
 
The announcement appeared in datamine-l on 1/30/98, but I wanted to 
verify that you had seen it.  I hope you will consider submitting a 
paper
