DM: CEC2000 deadline extended

Dear Colleague,

After receiving substantial number of requests, the submission
deadline for Congress on Evolutionary Computation is rewised.

CEC2000  will be flexible in accepting paper submissions
  up to one week after the deadline announced originally.

New deadline is : 8 February 2000

If at all possible, we would encourage you to use the electronic submission
form on http://www.cee.hw.ac.uk/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/cec2000/up.cgi which helps
in reducing out administrative overhead.

Papers submitted via the web form will be acknowledged by return of email.
However, papers submitted via snail mail will only be acknowledged one week
after the deadline.

For accepted papers, the deadline for submitting final camera ready copies
is likely to be end of April 2000.  This will be confirmed in due course."
