The International Conference on Computing and Information Technologies
(ICCIT'2001) will be held October
12th, 2001 at Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey, USA.
The ICCIT'2001 is a forum for
academics, computer and information scientists, engineers and applied
mathematicians to share, exchange
views and ideas on computing sciences and computer technology and to
present their current and future work to
the scientific and technical community.

The ICCIT'2001 Conference is organized for the 25th anniversary of the
computer science department and is
sponsored by the MSU/CSAM/CS, co-sponsored by World Scientific and
Engineering Society (WSES) and
International Technology Institute (ITI) in co-operation with the (ACM?).

Montclair State University is located in northern New Jersey, USA, just 14
miles from New York City. It is New
Jersey's largest comprehensive university and the second largest
educational institution in the state.

Some of the Attractions in the NY/NJ Metropolitan Area:

	ooo---Atlantic City:

Probably the largest gambling-resort city in the world. It surpassed Las
Vegas a long time
ago. It is along the 120 mile NJ Boardwalk (along the Atlantic Ocean). Free
buses travel to
Atlantic City everyday stopping at Rt. 46 about a mile from MSU. Or you
can stay at hotels in
Atlantic City and make a single trip to MSU for the conference :-) Some
hotel rates are
as low as $35.00 per night.

	ooo--- Six Flags--Great Adventures:
http://www.sixflags.com/wildsafari

Six Flags Wild Safari, the world's largest drive-thru Safari outside
Africa, features more than 1,200 from
six continents roaming freely in the park. Get up close to zebras,
elephants, rhinos, tigers on your 4.5 mile
voyage. Have your camera ready when our curious giraffes and monkeys
come right up to your car.
This is probably the largest reservation/park for wild animals anywhere
outside of Africa.

For the schedule:

&get_year=2000&x=10&y=8

ooo---Manhattan (the heart of New York City, the Big Apple)

Wall Street, World Trade Center (Twin Towers, 110 stories each), Greenwhich
Village, East Village,
and "Chinatown" are all downtown. You can have your choice of Chinese food
or any other downtown
before you take the train midtown to catch a Broadway Play.

Or you can ride around in NYC, or take a ferry-ride around Manhattan. Or
you can
take the train to Hoboken (from MSU) , taxi to several places along the NJ
coast and then take the
ferry to Manhattan instead of the train. There are ferry rides to the
Statue of Liberty from downtown
Manhattan. The NJ commuter train lines to NYC are about 50 yards from MSU.
