1. you may find useful information about data mining process and about
people interested in it in CRISP web-site:
http://www.crisp-dm.org, and in KDD 2000 Proceedings.
2. A chapter of  "Discovering Data Mining", 1998, Ed.Prentice Hall, is
dedicated to data mining process.
