DM: Research assistance

Dear All,

Thanks to everyone who responded to my e-mail a few weeks ago. I was
wondering whether anyone has any specialist knowledge on the following
areas:

· the types and estimationns of the costs involved with implementing a data
mining system;
· the possible risks associated with the technology (in terms of high costs,
poor data/information output and any other potential barriers)
· actual examples of: (a) the types of data output generated by a DM system
or (b) companies which have improved their market share, profits etc by
investing in data mining technology.
