Hi, Blue Martini (www.bluemartini.com) provides an integrated enterprise application for e-merchandising, e-marketing, and e-service. Our Customer Interaction Solution provides applications for business users to manage their product and content data, for web designers to build targeted web sites, for customer service reps to interact with customers over the phone, for marketers to create targeted messaging. These activities are all aided by data mining and reporting of customer information, purchase history, web clickstreams, and telephone activity with customer service representatives. Blue Martini is leading the change in this exciting new area of web-oriented customer data mining by incorporating data warehousing, data mining, personalization, and reporting all in one integrated system. Results from data mining can be made actionable on the web site or call center immediately! We are looking for a Product Manager who will define future directions for micro-marketing, which includes data warehousing, data mining, reporting, personalization, and converting results into actions. Other responsibilities including the authoring of white papers, web site content, support of sales opportunities, and occasional analyst interaction. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with experience in data warehousing and data mining, preferably with an Internet background. The position is located in Silicon Valley in San Mateo, California. Blue Martini is a pre-IPO company with plans for a public offering this summer.
