Each submission should be accompanied by a cover letter indicating the contacting author, affiliation, mailing and email addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and preference of technical session(s). Authors can either submit a postscript or PDF file electronically}, or submit four copies of the manuscript to IDEAL 2000 Secretariat. Fax submission will not be accepted. Detailed submission instructions can be found on our web-site. All submitted papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. The final IDEAL 2000 proceedings will be an edited book published by Springer-Verlag, Heidelberg. All papers should be prepared according to the format of LNCS/LNAI Proceedings.
