publishing the highest quality advances in the field.  The
conference features research and industrial track presentations,
tutorials, workshops, panels on controversial and current issues
or areas of interest, and extensive vendor and publisher exhibits.

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of making hotel
reservations early.  KDD-2000 has negotiated rates with the
conference hotel and 2 other Boston hotels until the deadline
listed or as long as there are rooms available.  Please see

      Seaport Hotel (Conference Headquarters) deadline for
      negotiated rate is July 20, 2000.

      is July 22, 2000.

      YMCA (Armed Services of Boston) deadline for negotiated
      rate is June 1, 2000.
